Please note, the various brands/designers shoes we offer fit slightly differently. As such, this information is a good guide to bear in mind when selecting shoes to buy online.
Lucy Choi London shoes can come up a little big (at the most, a half size), however this depends on your fitting, if standard fitting you may need a half insole. If slightly wider fitting you should find your usual size is perfect due to pointed toe on many of these styles.
Hogl & Paul Green shoes fit generously; they are a comfort brand and so fit well on standard feet as well as wider fitting feet. Wider fitting may find their usual size fits, whereas standard width customers will find half a size down fits better.
Ipanema & Holster Flip-flops come up small and often customers go for a larger size (one whole size) up.
UGG Australia & Frye all sell in US sizes. For reference, the true size difference between American and UK shoe sizes is between 2 and 2.5.
In our experience it is best to allow for a 2 size difference (please note this is how UGG Australia sell their styles). As such, for all of these brands we recommend the following:
UK 3 = US 5 (Europe 36)
UK 4 = US 6 (Europe 37)
UK 5 = US 7 (Europe 38)
UK 6 = US 8 (Europe 39)
UK 7 = US 9 (Europe 40)
UK 8 = US 10 (Europe 41)
