By using the website or making a purchase online you agree to have read and understood the following terms and conditions.

Scarpini.co.uk reserves the right to change or remove the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that scarpini.co.uk shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
When you place an order online, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.
Please ensure you check that all the details of your order are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible, once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified. We will notify you by email when your order has been despatched.
Click & Collect
You can order items online, pay for them and use the click and collect service to collect your items from our Bedford Place store, which is open Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm.
An email will be sent to you to confirm your order once it is placed, with details on when your items will be ready for collection. Usually the item/s will be made available for you the next working day.
Items will be held for 7 days, after which time we will try and make contact to confirm a collection date. Please email if you have any queries regarding collection.
You can check and try the style on in the shop and if need be return it then and there. Please ensure you bring the card you used to pay for the item, in case of return/refund.
You can alternatively check and try the style at home. In this instance you have 7 days from the day of collection to return the item for an exchange or refund; again, a refund will be made on the original card used to pay for the item.
We accept all major credit card and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit (formerly Delta), Maestro (formerly Switch), Solo and Visa Electron. Please note that we do not accept cheques or postal orders.
All our online transactions are carried out through SagePay, a globally recognised payment processing organisation. They handle all your details on their secure servers and check for fraudulent activities. Your payment details are not held by us at any time, in order to give greater security and peace of mind.

We collect personal information when you place an order with us.
We need to hold the following personal information so that we can process and fulfil your order.

- home and email address
- contact number
- delivery and credit card billing addresses
- details of your order
We hold this information as long as necessary to comply with legal and tax regulations.
We do not hold credit card information on our website, these details are held by Sagepay, Worldpay and PayPal.
We use Mailchimp, a secure platform to facilitate us in sending email communications.
Mailchimp also meets strict security and confidentiality expectations and fully complies with GDPR.

The cookies we use are Google Analytics and
Cookies relating to a shopping ‘session’, including items placed in the basket.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Deliveries in the UK are by Royal Mail, we offer 1st Class Recorded & Signed for & Special Delivery Next Day (Tracked & Signed for). Deliveries abroad are sent by Airmail and must be signed for. Please note we reserve the right to use alternative methods of delivery where necessary, in this instance you would be contacted by email with further information.

1st Class Recorded & Signed for items should be delivered within 2 days.
Special Delivery Next Day: Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1.00 pm of the next working day to 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, however Royal Mail still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm.*
Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days.

Individual purchases of shoes should fall within the above restrictions but boots and multiple purchases may exceed the above weight restrictions and dimensions. If this is the case, we will contact you if further delivery charges will be incurred; if, for example, delivery is required to be made by an international carrier. Parcels over 2kg cannot be sent by Royal Mail Airmail Services but we can offer alternatives. Please note, delivery times can be subject to a delay in the event of disruption to Royal Mail or foreign postal services, or during exceptional busy periods.
UK Vat will automatically be deducted from your order shipped to non-EU countries. This is clearly indicated on the order form when purchasing. Please note we are not responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country shipped to. Scarpini cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed, held or impounded at Customs in the country of delivery.
If you are unhappy with your order, Scarpini will offer an exchange or refund for returned goods. You must notify us by email to email@example.com within 7 days from when you receive the goods that you wish to return them, stating the reason why. Items must be returned at your own cost within 7 days of notifying us of the return.
Shoes should be returned in perfect unworn condition without blemish on the fabric, sole or lining, and with all original packaging. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface.
You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us, except where the item is faulty. If we deem returned goods to be faulty we will refund the cost of the goods and postage on their return. Please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.
We recommend that you insure your parcel and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible and will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you have requested a Refund, or replacement to a lower value than the returned goods, a refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will notify you as soon as the refund has been processed.

All items are subject to availability. If an item is sold out we will endeavour to remove it or the unavailable sizes from the website as soon as possible. If we have any problems with the availability of your order we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a suitable alternative, or provide a full refund as necessary.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
